Enhancements Provide Safe Online Video Preschool Sharing Community
“This is an exciting new feature as it welcomes preschoolers to the YouTube world in a safe manner,” said Brittanie Werbel, co-founder of KidDesktop. “Since most kids enjoy watching and learning from videos, we wanted to enhance KidDesktop by implementing a YouTube social community where parents can browse, share, rename and recommend age-appropriate videos for their children to watch.”
Using KDBuilder, the configurable platform to customize the child's desktop, parents have full control to select appropriate YouTube videos, which then can be accessed by their children via KidDesktop. Children do not have free access to browse YouTube.
